obr is proud to have sponsored and participated in the 2020 Equity by Design Series. This year has illuminated a critical inflection point for us all. As architects and individuals, we have a desire and obligation to address any issues of inequality that persist in our profession.

Equity by Design Series 2020 was a six session series of conversation on specific policies and frameworks that worked to drive diverse thinking, practice and opportunities in our firm and industry.

We are appreciative of the workshops and teach-ins we participated in over the last 6 months and we are hopeful this effort will sustain long-term improvements in the way we work, mentor, and design.  As a proud Silver sponsor of this event, we are also honored to have sat on the jury for the selection of AIASF #EQxD2020 ARE Scholarship Award. With several great candidates offered this scholarship, we see great things to come!
