My name is Oliver L. Asis, and for nearly 17 years, I have poured my heart and soul into the art of photography. What began as a simple hobby to capture the world around me blossomed into a passionate pursuit during my college years. With the advent of digital photography, I became the go-to person for documenting memorable moments, and my first professional opportunity emerged shortly after graduation when I was entrusted with photographing a friend’s wedding. This pivotal moment ignited my journey into wedding photography, which I continue to embrace today. Beyond capturing weddings, I thrive on exploring landscapes and architectural marvels. Throughout my adventures in San Diego and beyond, I have curated a stunning collection of images that reflect my deep appreciation for the beauty and intricacies of the world around us. Photography is more than just a skill for me; it is my voice—a medium through which I express my creativity and preserve the memories of the people, places, and experiences that shape my life. One of my proudest achievements is my ongoing daily photography project, where I have committed to taking a photo every single day since January 1, 2014. This initiative not only demonstrates my unwavering dedication to my craft but also showcases my passion for capturing life’s fleeting moments.

When I’m not behind the camera, I apply my analytical skills as a civil engineer for the California Department of Transportation.
