The Hotel Del Coronado Laundry Building is a historic, single story building constructed of unreinforced masonry and wood trusses. This tenant improvement project focuses on celebrating the existing structure while incorporating finishes and components that are minimal and non-invasive as possible.

Flexibility and simplicity are key factors as this building will first house temporary, construction administrative personnel and later transition for full-time hotel business and administrative staff. Light, steel framed windows are planned with birch plywood finish paneling as interior finish, set against the existing refurbished brick exterior walls.
