The Barrio Flats project is a new 4 story mixed-use building including 24 residential units, 4 hotel units and first floor commercial space.  The new construction will revitalize a unique corner property in Barrio Logan currently occupied as a Used Car lot.  The design builds on the rich cultural context surrounding it with industrial materials, articulated facades, focused views and opportunities for community art and murals.
