The Barracks Hotel is a $40 million transformation of historic Navy barracks at Liberty Station into an 80-room boutique hotel. This thoughtful adaptive reuse project celebrates the site’s legacy while introducing modern amenities.

At its heart, a newly designed interior courtyard connects four restored barracks buildings, creating a vibrant social hub featuring a 2,500-square-foot signature restaurant and bar, a 1,200-square-foot meeting room, and lush gardens with a covered patio. The project extends to the promenade, incorporating the historic steam pump house to create a seamless experience that ties the hotel to its surroundings.
